Shipping Policy

We accept orders for delivery to addresses and P.O. boxes in the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia. For international orders, please refer to separate international section below.

Shipping costs depend on several factors including your shipping location, along with the size and weight of the packed order. 

Total shipping cost will be provided at checkout.

Please allow 2-3 days for your order to process and ship. All orders ship Monday-Friday, with exception of any holidays. Shipping transit times are provided by the carrier and vary by destination.

All orders ship via USPS, UPS, DHL or FedEx.

After Finca Collection has shipped your order, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation. The Shipping Confirmation will include the shipping carrier and a tracking number.  

Finca Collection is not responsible for tracking an order once the it has been processed and left the warehouse. When a tracking number notes a package has been delivered, we assume it to be accurate.

If shipping an order to someone other than yourself, the buyer accepts that a delivery confirmed by the shipping company is evidence of a successful delivery. An order shipped to a recipient other than the buyer is considered fulfilled by Finca Collection in the same way as if the goods had been delivered to the buyer’s address.

We cannot partially ship one order to two different addresses. Items needed at multiple addresses should be ordered separately.

If your order is ‘Returned to Sender’ due to an incorrect address noted at time of purchase by the customer or if not picked up from carrier pickup point in a timely manner, customer will be responsible for costs of re-shipping the order.

Actual shipping costs and applicable taxes will be reflected on the payment page before you place your order and will also appear on the email you receive after placing the order. 

Lost Packages

Finca Collection is not responsible for lost/stolen/delayed/ delivered to wrong address or missing packages. 

If any of these circumstances should arise, Finca Collections is unable to replace or refund the cost or items, but we will do everything possible to assist with your shipping carrier inquiry. Please contact us at info@fincacollections.com

Client should always contact carrier in charge of delivery first.

International Shipping

We will accept orders to most international destinations.

Please note – all customers purchasing to a destination outside of the United States may be subject to import duties, brokerage fees, and taxes at the customer’s expense. Finca Collection is not responsible for these fees or any delay in shipping associated by the different stages of transit of these orders. Rates vary country to country.

Shipping times are typically 14 business days but can be longer due to customs clearance, delays, or holds.
