Return Policy

If by any reason you would like to return an order, please contact us at info@fincacollections.com within (3) business days of receiving your order to request a return, exchange or merchandise credit. We will reply within 24 hours during regular business hours and provide a confirmation number and form to include in your return.

Item(s) must be returned new and unused, free from odor and dirt, and in its original item packaging with tags still attached.

Returns must be received within 10 business days that you received the order. NO EXCEPTIONS.

All sale items are strictly nonrefundable.

On RETURNS, client is responsible for all shipping cost and coordination. Package must be postmarked within 3 days that Finca Collections has approved return and provided confirmation number and return form to be included in shipment. 

We do not refund original shipping costs.

For EXCHANGES, Finca Collections will provide shipping labels for all unused merchandise for exchange if shipped in original packaging within (5) business days of delivery (U.S. only).
We do not accept returns for international orders. No exceptions.

All returns are at the customer’s risk. Finca Collections is not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. Please take care in packing returned items in their original packaging. If this is not available, client is responsible for suitable packaging of the return. Finca Collections is not responsible for items damaged in transit due to improper or insufficient packaging.

Finca Collections will email you to confirm receipt of returned items and total credit to your form of payment after we have inspected the item (s) received and are satisfied that it has not been damaged or used. If product is not in its original state, the item (s) will be returned to customer at their cost.

We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the original condition the item (s) were shipped.
If product is not delivered to Finca Collections and it is lost in transit, this would be the full responsibility of the client.

Finca Collections will issue a refund within 3 days of having notify that we received your return, and it has been approved.

All merchandise returned without consent will not be accepted and will be returned to sender at their expense.

DAMAGE OR DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE

If you notice the merchandise is damaged upon receiving your order, Finca Collection must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. After 48 hours no claims will be accepted.
Pictures of damaged products and packaging are required. Finca Collection will provide a return label if applicable and send a replacement order if items are in stock.
Replacement will be shipped after we have received the returned merchandise.

Merchandise must be returned in original packing.
If item(s) are not in stock, we will offer options similar to your item that are available or provide an estimated reorder time frame for the same item if it’s possible to do so.
